What is the return/exchange policies?
Our return/exchange policy is as follows: We do not offer returns on purchases. However, we do provide exchanges for sizing issues (valid only for 2 days after delivery). We only offer SIZE EXCHANGE not PRODUCT EXCHANGE. Unfortunately, we don't do reverse pickups. Please note that exchanges are subject to size availability and will only be processed once the returned item has passed our quality check. Additionally, customers are responsible for bearing the shipment charges for exchanges, which amount to Rs 100.
(Any item purchased under CLEARANCE SALE is not eligible for exchange).

What is the delivery period?
The delivery period is typically around 3-15 business days. Orders are delivered faster to metro cities compared to tier 2 and 3 cities. If the order is shipped via Indian Post, it usually takes around 10-15 business days for delivery.

You can check your order status on our website on the "Track Your Order" page. Please note that it takes some time to ship the order, so check it after a little while. - Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Our policy does not accommodate order cancellations after placement. We appreciate your understanding.
